CFSC ENDURANCE

CFSC Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness, and endurance sports potential. The focus is on running, rowing and biking coupled with bodyweight movements and other athletic mediums in interval style training to improve overall speed and endurance performance. Our Endurance program is great for those athletes looking to train for a specific race, improve run times, focus on endurance techniques and train in a group setting for competitive drive and support. A Foundation course is NOT required to participate in these classes. These classes run only in the warmer months beginning in May-October. Be sure to check out our class schedule for times and days.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit classes are our primary classes here at CFSC. We run several class times each day to accommodate all of our athletes schedules. By definition CrossFit is constantly-varied functional movements at high intensity. You’ll be under the direction of a certified coach throughout the entire class period. Our classes are 60 minutes long and include mobility, drills, warm up and a workout of the day. You will see programming that is broad and constantly evolving. All workouts can be scaled and/or modified to meet the specific needs of each athlete's ability level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with proper mechanics. The group setting creates a natural camaraderie and dynamic environment that will push you to achieve new heights of fitness. A foundations course or prior CrossFit training is a prerequisite before attending our CF classes.
